• Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront.

3. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, payment link, or as otherwise agreed.

• Deposit must be received before the order is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• Deposits for custom cakes are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

• If a mistake or issue arises with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
