Refunds & Returns Policy at Hazey Bakes

 

At Hazey Bakes, we put love and care into every order – and we want you to be completely happy with your treats. Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

🧁 Made-to-Order Items (Custom Cakes, Cake Pucks, Tray Bakes)

 

All of our baked goods are made fresh just for you, which means they’re non-refundable once production has begun. However, if you need to cancel:

  • 72+ hours notice before the agreed collection/delivery date: A partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Less than 72 hours and same-day cancellations are non-refundable however a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

 

We’ll do our best to make it right!

  • Please include photos of the issue.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or remake.

⚠️ Allergy & Storage Disclaimer

 

While we take great care with allergens, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
We also cannot refund items that have been stored incorrectly (e.g. left unrefrigerated).
