How much notice do I need for a custom cake?

 

I recommend at least 7 days’ notice, but popular dates book up fast – so the earlier, the better! For last-minute orders, feel free to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary needs?

 

I can often offer bakes without allergens – just ask! However, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so I can’t guarantee completely allergen-free items. All products may contain traces.

Do you deliver?

 

Yes! I offer local delivery depending on your location and the size of the order. Delivery charges apply.

Do you post your cakes or treats?

 

I currently offer postal delivery for selected items only (such as tray bakes and cake pucks). All deliveries are well-packaged, but I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by couriers.

How do I place an order?

Do you require a deposit?

 

Yes – for custom or large orders, I usually require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is due before collection or delivery.
